Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located just off the A road and within walking distance to Salisbury town centre. The rooms, though in need of updating, are a good size, very comfortable, and clean. The service was polite but could improve in communication skills. The dining experience was adequate but uninspiring. The location is good for exploring the city and dining options but needs better lighting. Overall, a decent choice for a stay in Salisbury.
The hotel is a lovely and quaint place, offering clean and comfortable rooms near the service entrance to the restaurant. The service provided was helpful and friendly, with attentive staff quickly addressing any minor issues. The location is ideal for being very near the center, with an intimate ambience. The dining experience, while okay, could be improved to offer more variety. Overall, a charming stay with good value for money.
The hotel had a comfortable room ready upon our arrival, but the strong smell of damp and noise from the corridor were noticeable. The Three gel air fresheners did little to improve the situation. However, the staff provided superb service, especially Lin during breakfast. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with convenient onsite parking. The dining options were good but slightly overpriced, and self-service could be a bit more organized. Overall, a mixed experience with some positives and negatives.
