The hotel is conveniently located just off the A road and within walking distance to Salisbury town centre. The rooms, though in need of updating, are a good size, very comfortable, and clean. The service was polite but could improve in communication skills. The dining experience was adequate but uninspiring. The location is good for exploring the city and dining options but needs better lighting. Overall, a decent choice for a stay in Salisbury.
